Working meeting with the newly-appointed Commercial Counsellor in Ukraine

The President of BCCI Tsvetan Simeonov met with Stefan Sofroniev, the newly-appointed Commercial Counsellor at the Bulgarian Embassy in Ukraine. During the meeting, the President of BCCI acquainted his guest in details with the Chamber’s existing cooperation with partner organizations from Ukraine. He also noted the good relations which BCCI has been maintaining with the chambers of commerce and industry of Ukraine since 1995 through a signed Memorandum of Understanding.

During the meeting, Simeonov presented the Chamber’s digital Unified Trade Register, the activity of the Arbitration Court at BCCI, and the GS1 bar code system.

The parties agreed to continue the existing cooperation between BCCI and the Commercial and Economic Section at the Bulgarian Embassy in Ukraine in order to intensify and promote the economic relations between Bulgaria and Ukraine.

BCCI also reminded that it has excellent cooperation with the Bulgarian – Ukrainian Industrial Chamber whose members have economic and commercial relations with partners from Ukraine.
