The Bulgarian - Spanish Chamber of Commerce presented ideas for the development of bilateral economic relations

Bilyana Manolova, Deputy President of the Bulgarian - Spanish Chamber of Commerce, spoke with the President of BCCI Tsvetan Simeonov, who noted the active contacts with partners from Spain, including recent meetings with H.E. Alejandro Polanco Mata, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain to Bulgaria, and with the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Kingdom of Spain - Alexey Andreev.

For her part, Ms. Manolova presented the activities of the Bulgarian-Spanish Chamber of Commerce and the ideas of the organization for the development of bilateral economic relations this year, despite the difficult state of the world economy caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Information was shared about internship programs aimed at host organizations with a wide range of profiles - international trade, marketing and market research, administration and business management.

When the situation with regard to travel restrictions improves, the Bulgarian-Spanish Chamber of Commerce plans to organize a business delegation to Spain in the middle of the year in order to establish direct contact between entrepreneurs from both countries.

During the conversation it was agreed to establish closer cooperation between the Bulgarian-Spanish Chamber of Commerce and the Bulgarian-Spanish Business Council at the BCCI
