BCCI continues its efforts to introduce mediation as a method of dispute resolution. The advantages - speed of finding a solution, preservation of good relations between the parties after mediation and more. It is of great importance for the business, which are involved in legal disputes. The "Mediation meets  Judges" is a project led by EUROCHAMBRES and implemented by nine Chambers of Commerce and Mediation Centers in seven countries - Spain, France, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Cyprus and Bulgaria and GEMME, the European Association of Judges for mediation. The project is funded by the European Union program for Civil Justice. By the end of the project - in February 2016 court attached mediation schemes or mediation centers will be established in several courts around the country, the first one in Varna.
