On 2nd November, 2011 BCCI signed a cooperation agreement with the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, represented by Mr. Mohammed Chami, Director-General. Tsvetan Simeonov, BCCI President, emphasized the positive trends of the developments in Algeria and announced that he expected a numerous business delegation from Northern Africa to visit our country in 2012.

Cooperation Agreement between BCCI and the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry
On 2nd November, 2011 BCCI signed a cooperation agreement with the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, represented by Mr. Mohammed Chami, Director-General. Tsvetan Simeonov, BCCI President, emphasized the positive trends of the developments in Algeria and announced that he expected a numerous business delegation from Northern Africa to visit our country in 2012.
The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized the seminars entitled "How to do business in Algeria" in 2004 and "Economic climate in Algeria - business and investment opportunities" in 2010 as well as several business delegations to Algeria. BCCI will continue to inform Bulgarian business circles about the investment opportunities in Algeria in order to boost up the Bulgarian-Algerian trade relations.
Today the agenda of the Algerian delegation that is in our country to take part in the sessions of the Intergovernmental Bulgarian - Algerian Committee for Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation includes meetings at the Ministry of Environment and Water and the Ministry of Transport and Information Technologies and Communications.
In the framework of the intergovernmental session an Agreement of Economic Cooperation between the two countries is to be signed as well as a Memorandum of Understanding with regard to SMEs.
