Open Letter by the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry with reference to the situation in Ukraine
During its session, held on 6th March 2014, the Management Board of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry decided to call on with an open letter all the competent institutions committed to resolving the situation in Ukraine.
The letter, signed by the President of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Tsvetan Simeonov, states that Bulgarian companies working with partners from Ukraine have already suffered losses due to the failure to fulfill their contracts, and insists that the rights of the investors and traders in Ukraine should be observed.
The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is concerned about the economic stability in Ukraine and the region, and expresses belief in the possibilities of resolving the encountered problems peacefully.
