Winners in the Annual Awards of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry '2013









 For a 20th time in a row the BCCI Annual awards for achievements were conferred at a solemn ceremony in Sofia Hotel Balkan in the following categories: Leading Bulgarian companies in the TOP 100 Business Classification; Regional Chamber; Branch Organisation; Ambassador, Foreign Commercial Counsellor; Media; Journalist.

HERMES BRONZE STATUETTE AND HONORARY DIPLOMA for the company awarded in the category “TOP 100 companies classified on maximum value of profit in BGN on 100 BGN equity in 2012” were handed to SPORT LINE ELIT EOOD, Sofia.

HERMES BRONZE STATUETTE AND HONORARY DIPLOMA for the First Prize in the new category “TOP 100 companies classified on decrease in liabilities 2012/2011 with positive financial result and sales revenue growth 2012/2011 were handed to TOKOMI OOD, Pernik.

HERMES BRONZE STATUETTE AND HONORARY DIPLOMA for the first place in the category “TOP 100 companies classified on alteration of net sales revenue 2012/2011 were handed to IVELINSTROY EOOD, Sofia.

A PLAQUE AND HONORARY DIPLOMA for the first place in the category “50 companies classified on alteration of the financial result in 2012 and 2011” were handed to BLAGOEVGRAD-BT AD, Blagoevgrad.

In the first place in the category “TOP 10 х 6” – Companies classified on maximum value of sales revenue for 2012 in the National Planning Regions” with a Plaque and Honorary Diploma were distinguished: in Northwestern Region – ZLATNA PANEGA CEMENT AD, Zlatna Panega; in North-Central Region – AMILUM-BULGARIA AD, Razgrad; in Northeastern Region – NAVIGATION MARITIME BULGARE AD, Varna; in Southwestern Region – MOBILTEL EAD, Sofia; in Southeastern Region – MINI MARITSA-IZTOK EAD, Radnevo;  in South-Central Region – BIOVET AD, Peshtera.

HERMES BRONZE STATUETTE AND HONORARY DIPLOMA in the category “Branch Organisation” for 2013 were handed to BULGARIAN ASSOCIATION OF MEDICAL DEVICES ENTREPRENEURS.

HERMES BRONZE STATUETTE AND HONORARY DIPLOMA in the category “Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry” in the system of BCCI for 2013 were handed to VARNA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY.

In the category “Ambassador” for 2013 with HERMES BRONZE STATUETTE AND HONORARY DIPLOMA was awarded H.E. Mr. ANTON PAKURETU – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Romania to the Republic of Bulgaria for his outstanding contribution to the development of the bilateral economic relations.

HERMES BRONZE STATUETTE AND HONORARY DIPLOMA in the category “Foreign Commercial Counsellor” were handed to Mr. ALEKSANDAR MILICEVIC – First Counsellor “Economic Affairs” with the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia to the Republic of Bulgaria for his outstanding contribution to promoting the economic development between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Serbia.

BCCI distinguished the Media and Journalist of 2013. The commitment of all media allowed the representatives of the business community to gain access to all signals of the business for the need to improve the economic environment and life in the country.  

With a PLAQUE AND HONORARY DIPLOMA in the category “Media of 2013” BCCI awarded STANDART NEWSPAPER for the objective presentation of BCCI’s role as the biggest national employer organisation in the business life of the country, for reflection of the positions of the Chamber’s members on topical issues and regular broadcasting of news of BCCI’s daily activities.

In the category “Journalist of 2013” BCCI awarded with a PLAQUE AND HONORARY DIPLOMA Mrs. Natalia Ganchovska – Journalist in Horizont Channel of the Bulgarian National Radio for the objective reflection of BCCI’s positions and of its members on current business topics, with a distinct attention to the problems of Bulgarian entrepreneurs and the role of the Chamber in defending their interests.

Initiating the TOP 100 Classification in 1998, each year now the Chamber collects and processes financial data of the companies. BCCI’s classifications comprise of companies of all sectors of economy, and each year their representativeness increases in national context. The share of the companies participating in the classifications creates 70 % of the GDP of the country in recent years. The classifications are based on internationally recognized criteria. Considering the high level of indebtedness in the Bulgarian economy, for the first time this year the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry classified the companies that managed not only to reduce their liabilities, but also to reach profit and sales revenue growth.
