A Korean delegation from Gimpo visited BCCI

The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted a meeting with a Korean delegation - representatives of the local government and Gimpo Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The President of BCCI Tsvetan Simeonov familiarized his guests with the Chamber's relations with partner organizations from the Republic of Korea. He highlighted the advantages of the Bulgarian economy, including the low taxes, stability and predictability within the framework of Bulgaria’s EU membership, and the favourable conditions for investment. The representatives of Gimpo Chamber of Commerce and Industry also got acquainted with the priority sectors developed in our country: machine-building, manufacturing of automobile parts, cosmetics and agriculture. Closer cooperation with institutions and companies from Gimpo was negotiated. The sectors with potential for successful trade and investment cooperation were outlined.

The Korean delegation is in Sofia at the invitation of the office of the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA).
