Cooperation with the Bulgarian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry

A meeting was held between the President of the Bulgarian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCCI) Mr. Lachezar Dinev and the President of BCCI Mr. Tsvetan Simeonov. The meeting was attended by Mr. Ivo Iliev, CEO for Bulgaria of BCCCI.

Mr. Lachezar Dinev expressed gratitude for the support of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the regional chambers in Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Stara Zagora, Veliko Tarnovo and Blagoevgrad, in connection with the conduct of specialized training - seminars on "How to do successful business with China - practical advice and opportunities for effective cooperation."

The upcoming opening of the "Bulgarian Home - Showroom" in Shanghai was another topic at the meeting.

The cooperation between China and Bulgaria in the areas of tourism and education was also discussed. It was found that in other member-states of the European Union Chinese citizens obtain tourist visas much easier and faster as compared to Bulgaria, which prevents the increase of Chinese tourists to the country.
