BCCI is preparing the new classification “TOP 100 companies and holdings leading in the Bulgarian economy”
For the 16th consecutive year, the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is preparing classifications of companies and holdings leading in the Bulgarian economy – those companies, which ended 2013 with very good economic results and are the backbone of the Bulgarian economy. 6230 companies, which account for around 82% of the country’s GDP, were examined. The presentation of the leading companies is a sign for all investors and partners that there are still vital companies in Bulgaria, which have managed to develop successfully even in harsh economic conditions, and have contributed to the improved position of Bulgarian economy and its increased rating.
Many foreign and Bulgarian institutions, banks, embassies accredited to our country, representation offices of international organizations have expressed interest in the classifications.
The top 100 most successful companies are ranked by:
Alteration of net sales revenue in 2013 compared to 2012.
Maximum value of profit in BGN on 100 BGN equity in 2013.
Decrease in liabilities with positive financial result and sales revenue growth in 2013 compared to 2012
Companies will also be ranked by the following indices:
Alteration of the financial result in 2013 and 2012.

The classifications will be officially announced at a press-conference in September.
