Save the Date: May 9 - Next Generation Mobile Cobots for Smart Industry Workshop

BCCI, as a VOJEXT project partner and coordinator of information activities, will host a hybrid event to present the results of the VOJEXT (Value Of Joint EXperimentation in digital Technologies for manufacturing and construction) project, which will take place on May 9 from 10 a.m.

The VOJEXT project, which is implemented under the Horizon 2020 Program, with the participation of 19 partner organizations from 11 countries, is aimed at the implementation of mobile collaborative robots (so-called "cobots") in production and construction.

The main goal of the information seminar is to present to Bulgarian SMEs, universities, research organizations, digital innovation centers and other interested parties the application of the developed cobot in 5 pilot sectors - automotive, construction, electronics, production of polyurethane products and handicrafts.

The project coordinator from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and one of the leading technology partners will present the main objectives and the results achieved, as well as the benefits for SMEs of the implementation of the cobot in the different sectors of the industry.

The experience of a Bulgarian company, which within the project won funding for the implementation of its project idea related to the development of an innovative application of cobots in the field of construction activities, will also be presented.

Participation in the seminar is free, and simultaneous translation from English to Bulgarian and vice versa will be provided for the participants. A preliminary program of the event can be found here.

Those applying to participate remotely will receive an additional link and access code to the Zoom platform, through which the seminar will be held.
