Presentation of Autonomous Republic of Ajaria, Georgia at BCCI





 
On July 20th, 2011 the Ambassador of Georgia in Bulgaria visited BCCI and discussed with the President of the Chamber, Mr. Tsvetan Simeonov the organization of a presentation of Ajaria. 
H. Exc. Mr. Mikheil Ukleba shared that Autonomous Republic of Ajaria is one of the three most successful regions in Georgia. Its main city Batumi attracts many foreign investors.
The two parties agreed to hold a presentation of the tendencies in the development of Ajaria region – its economic potential and tourist resources – at BCCI in the beginning of August.
Georgia and Bulgaria have interests for bilateral cooperation in the following areas: agriculture, tourism, light industry, food industry, etc.
