At BCCI, a meeting was held to activate the work of the Bulgarian – Macedonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and establish it as a separate legal entity in compliance with the Non-profit Legal Entities Act.
The meeting was moderated by BCCI’s Secretary General Vasil Todorov. The President of BCCI Tsvetan Simeonov also welcomed the participants in the meeting and thanked Plamen Pavlov, President of the Bulgarian Gas Association and founder of the Bulgarian – Macedonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, for the initiative to intensify the Bulgarian – Macedonian business relations.
The Ambassador of the Republic of Macedonia in Bulgaria H.E. Marjan Gjorchev expressed the support of the Embassy of the Republic of Macedonia in Sofia for the newly-established joint chamber and said that Bulgaria is among the top 5 most important partners of Macedonia.
Zore Temelkovski, President of the Macedonian-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce, stressed that after the signing of the Friendship, Good Neighbourliness and Cooperation Agreement between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Macedonia, the bilateral relations have been intensified.
