Discussion of forthcoming joint initiatives Bulgaria - Canada

In order to intensify bilateral relations in the context of the EU-Canada Trade and Investment Agreement




Desislava Ivanova, General Manager of the National Business Network and Alex Nestor, Vice-president of Canada Bulgaria Business Network, met with the President of BCCI Tsvetan Simeonov.

They have discussed the trade and economic relations between Bulgaria and Canada and the opportunities for development of untapped potential in the context of the EU-Canada Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA). The agreement will facilitate the export of goods and services and businesses both in Europe and in Canada shall benefit from it. In order to intensify bilateral relations between Bulgaria and Canada, future joint initiatives in the first half of this year have also been discussed.
