Implementation of best practices of Germany and Italy for dual training in Bulgaria
Further implementation of dual training in Bulgaria and the practical effect thereof to the development of economy was subject to discussion at the BCCI.
Axel Fastenau, Head of “Youth Employment in Europe” Directorate with the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), Petya Milusheva, Senior Advisor, Gergana Chaneva, GIZ Advisor for Bulgaria, and BCCI’s President Tsvetan Simeonov outlined the objectives and prospects for cooperation.
The guests shared the results on experiences and best practices in Germany and Italy. Axel Fastenau noted that the implementation of practical training aims to tackle with youth unemployment in Bulgaria.
It was agreed that BCCI shall cooperate to disseminate information on the benefits of vocational training between business communities, as well as to introduce the companies to the best practices of Germany and Italy.
