Meeting with Prime Minister of Vietnam within a Business Forum







A Bulgarian - Vietnamese business forum with bilateral meetings took place in Sofia , organized by the Executive Agency for Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises and the Embassy of Vietnam in Bulgaria. 80 members business delegation, representing 31 of the largest Vietnamese enterprises within the official visit of Nguyen Tan Dung , Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, took part in the forum.
 
Before the start of the forum, representatives of the four nationally representative employers' organizations had the opportunity to meet with the Prime Minister of Vietnam and discuss potential areas of cooperation. BCCI was represented by the Secretary General Vasil Todorov.
 
The main focus of the event was aimed at promoting direct contacts between Bulgarian and Vietnamese companies. From the Bulgarian side over 100 representatives from the business community participated in the bilateral meetings, organized within the Forum.
 
Vietnamese businessmen show great interest to the vast range of opportunities in the country - investment in the banking sector and the development of capital cooperation in areas such as trade in fuels, Textile processing, production and trade of food, beverages and tobacco, wood processing, paper production and pulp, the construction and marketing of real estate.
