Bulgarian – Polish Business Forum at BCCI

 
“The economic development of Poland is instructive for Bulgaria as Poland is one of the few countries which managed to surpass its GDP level from the beginning of the country’s transition to a market economy”, said the President of BCCI Tsvetan Simeonov in his opening speech for the Bulgarian – Polish Business Forum which was held at BCCI. The Forum was organized by BCCI with the assistance of the joint Polish - Bulgarian chamber and Trade and Investment Promotion Department at the Embassy of Poland in Sofia.
 
The Ambassador of Poland to Bulgaria H.E. Krzysztof Krajewski  said in the beginning of the forum that in 2014 Polish exports to Bulgaria grew by 30% and that Bulgaria imported mainly foodstuff and vehicles from Poland.
 
10 Polish companies and more than 40 Bulgarian businessmen took part in the bilateral business meetings organized during the forum.
