The President of the European Economic and Social Committee, Mr. Henri Malosse, visited BCCI





The EESC President Henri Malosse paid a visit to the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry within his official stay in our country. The meeting was attended by the Management of the Chamber and members of the Board.
 
BCCI President Tsvetan Simeonov presented the new activities and achievements of the Chamber for 2013 and introduced the guest to the status of the tripartite dialogue in our country and the role of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry along with the organisations of employers in general in the work of the National Council for Tripartite Cooperation.  
 
Henri Malosse highlighted the fact that during his visits abroad it is of great importance to also meet with representatives of the chamber of commerce and industry of the corresponding country in order to hear the standpoint of the business. He described his views on the economic situation in 2014 and advised for conducting pro-business policies aimed at promoting the entrepreneurship.
 
Tsvetan Simeonov assured Henri Malosse, that BCCI will render full support in undertaking measures for the decrease of the administrative burden to the business and for promoting the entrepreneurship.
 
Henri Malosse’s visit to Sofia was on the occasion of the 10th Anniversary of the establishment of the Economic and Social Committee of Bulgaria, founded in 2003 with his support.
