Partnership with the Federation of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture in Lebanon

Ahmad Alaeddine, Member of the Federation of the Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Lebanon and Vice President of the Mount-Lebanon Traders Federation, and Fadi Darwish, Managing Partner of SETS International visited BCCI and met with the management of the Chamber.

The aim of the work visit was to discuss a draft Memorandum of Cooperation between BCCI and FCCIAL and the establishment of a joint Lebanese-Bulgarian Business Council.

The guests got acquainted with the economic situation in the country, the advantages of Bulgaria as a place for investment, and the Unified System of the Bulgarian chambers of commerce and industry.

The following sectors of mutual interest were identified: construction, engineering, information and computer technologies, transport, agriculture and food industry.

On behalf of BCCI readiness for cooperation with FCCIAL was expressed in support of businesses from the two countries.
