Regular meeting of the Club of Joint and Foreign Chambers



The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted the regular meeting of the Club of Joint and Foreign Chambers. Opening the event, the President of the Chamber, Mr. Tsvetan Simeonov, laid emphasis on the importance of innovativeness in the activities of the chambers and the facilitation of business. In this regard, he presented the new services provided by the Chamber, such as the issuance of Excellent SME Certificate, jointly with COFACE Bulgaria, the BCCI Mobile Android Application (BCCI Mobile Android App), and the new mobile application for barcode verification “BG BARCODE”.
 
Milena Videnova, Manager of COFACE Bulgaria, explained at length the Excellent SME Certificate and gave information on the other products provided by the company on the Bulgarian market..
 
BCCI experts Dimitar Roussev and Lyubomir Gaydarov demonstrated the mobile applications. Huge interest was called by the mobile application BG BARCODE for the verification of barcodes and sending alerts for irregularities to GS1 Bulgaria. 
 
During the meeting Vice-President of Varna Free University “Chernorizets Hrabar”, Mr. Yani Yanev, presented the opportunities for integration and synergy between Bulgarian higher education and business.
