Meeting of the Board of Directors of the BSEC Business Council





 

The 45th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Business Council of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) was held on 4th December 2012 in Istanbul, Turkey. Vasil Todorov, BCCI Secretary General attended the event on the Bulgarian part.
 
During the meeting a new Secretary General of the BSEC Business Council- was elected, namely Mamad Zyulfugarov, proposed by Azerbaijan. A Deputy Secretary of the Business Council was elected as well - Rashid Ismailov, a representative of the Russian National Committee for Black Sea Economic Cooperation. The meeting was adjourned with the official handing over of the rotating Presidency of the Council from Turkey to Ukraine for the next period 1st January – 30th June 2013.
