Training in China for BCCI’s Staff and Partners Creates New Opportunities for Cooperation and Exchange of Experience







A meeting was held at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) with representatives of the International Economic Cooperation Center of Fujian Province, China (IECC), together with participants in training programmes organized by the Chamber in China.

The meeting was officially opened by Mr. Tsvetan Simeonov, President of BCCI, who expressed his gratitude for the well-organizead training programs. provided for the Chamber’s staff and its partners, in China in 2019 and 2024. He emphasized that these seminars offer valuable opportunities to gain first-hand insights into the current economic environment in China, as well as to establish direct contacts through visits to leading companies and exhibitions in the Asian country. Mr. Simeonov also informed the attendees that, following the last year’s training, BCCI is in a stage of preparation to sign a Memorandum of Cooperation with the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

Mr. Huang An, Director of the International Economic Cooperation Center of Fujian Province, thanked the participants and noted that the purpose of the meeting was to further deepen ties and cooperation between Bulgaria and China. He shared that the Center has organized more than 500 programmes and courses to date, with over 15,000 participants from 150 countries taking part in training programs in China.

During the meeting, participants had the opportunity to share impressions from the program and highlight the results achieved following the training in China. Information was also presented on new partnerships established between universities, organizations, and companies as a result of these initiatives.
