Large Polish delegation visited BCCI

BCCI hosted Bulgarian-Polish Business Forum, organized in cooperation with the Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Commercial and Economic Section of the Republic of Bulgaria in Poland, and the Trade and Investment Promotion Department of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Bulgaria.

The event was officially launched by the Secretary General of BCCI Vasil Todorov who welcomed the participants and pointed out that joint initiatives like this help activate the foreign-trade contacts of Bulgarian companies and internationalise their activity.

The Deputy Minister of Economy Alexander Manolev said that the economic relations with Poland are of great importance for the Bulgarian economy as Poland is one of the main and leading trade and economic partners of Bulgaria.

The Polish Ambassador to Bulgaria H.E. Krzysztof Krajewski presented information about the trade turnover between the two countries and supported the initiative saying that the main goal of the forum is to establish new partnerships.

During the forum, BCCI and the Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry signed Memorandum of Understanding.

The event continued with presentations of the business climate and investment opportunities in Poland and Bulgaria.

After the official part of the forum, bilateral business meetings were held between Bulgarian and Polish companies.
