The Chair of the Israel-Bulgaria Friendship Group at the Knesset visited BCCI

Eytan Broshi, Chair of the Israel-Bulgaria Friendship Group at the Knesset, visited BCCI and met with the President of the Chamber Tsvetan Simeonov. Representatives of the Embassy of the State of Israel in Sofia also took part in the meeting.

During the work meeting, possibilities to intensify the bilateral relations as well as the visions for improving the competitive environment in Bulgaria were discussed. According to Mr. Broshi, Israel’s rich experience in the field of innovation in the agriculture and irrigation sectors could be used.

Tsvetan Simeonov acquainted his guests with BCCI’s partnership relations with the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce and the joint Bulgaria – Israel and Israel – Bulgaria Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

The upcoming exhibition „AGRITECH” 2018, which will be visited by a delegation organized by BCCI, was also discussed. The exhibition will take place in Tel Aviv in the period 8 – 10 May 2018.
