The development of the Mexican-Bulgarian economic relations - the main topic of the meeting in the Chamber

Senator Gabriela Kuevas Baron, Head of the Commission of Foreign Affairs in the Upper Chamber of the Mexican Parliament, met Mr. Georgi Stoev, Vice-President of the BCCI. In the meeting participated also Mr. Pencho Ralchev, Honoured Consul of Mexico in Bulgaria and Mrs. Stefka Alexandrova, State Expert to the National Assembly in Bulgaria.

Mr. Georgi Stoev presented the activites and the provided services of the BCCI, and also the opportunities, provided by the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation Horizon 2020 for investors from third countries. He informed the participants about a meeting that will take place in Brussels on 12^th of June 2015 on the subject “European Union – Mexico”.

Mrs. Gabriela Baron agreed to contribute to the activization of the partnership between the BCCI and the Mexican Trade Chamber, which includes awareness raising of the business circles of the business opportunities in the two countries, of the organization of round tables, seminars and business missions.

It is envisaged in the BCCI to be organized round tables on the subject “Mexico – the Countries of South East Europe”.
