The President of BCCI Tsvetan Simeonov held a meeting with the executive director of Leader Academy Andrey Iliev. The possibilities of cooperation for the benefit of the young people of Generation Z were discussed. These are the young people born between 1999 and 2012 who are the future leaders and the main workforce and engine of the economy.
Leader Academy has developed a methodology for career profiling. To date, she has directly supported more than 1,500 young people in their career development through seminars, trainings, international camps as part of the 1-year Career Acceleration Program that she developed. 100 young people from all over Bulgaria will receive a full scholarship for the program as part of the "100 Rising Stars" campaign. Here you have the opportunity to nominate a young person between the ages of 16 and 25 who can receive a scholarship for the program.
In addition, the academy is conducting the largest study in Bulgaria on the needs, attitudes and attitude of GenZ towards the labor market, based on which it is currently writing a report that will be free for businesses.

Simeonov shared the work of BCCI in the direction of promoting the employment of young people through internships, entrepreneurship training, career guidance, open days and other initiatives.
