BCCI took part in a study visit to Switzerland under project aimed at promoting social dialogue
The Secretary General of BCCI Vasil Todorov took part in a study visit to Switzerland in the period 16-18 September organized under the “Promoting Social Dialogue and Improving Working Conditions of Workers and Employees” project of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, funded by the Bulgarian-Swiss Cooperation Programme.
During the visit work meetings with representatives of Swiss joint committees were organized as well as visits of companies and training centers. The main topics which were discussed included the legal basis, the establishment, functioning and financing of the activity of the joint committees in Switzerland which consist of representatives of the employers’ organizations and trade unions and whose task is to ensure observance of the separate collective labour agreements.
