Possibilities to organize “Made in Bulgaria” Exhibition in Qatar are discussed

Sadallah S. Elsaid, General Manager of World Trade Center – Qatar had a meeting with the President of BCCI Tsvetan Simeonov.

The aim of the visit was to discuss possibilities to organize a “Made in Bulgaria”exhibition in 2016 in Qatar and to get personally acquainted with the investment climate in the country and the opportunities for attracting potential investors from the Middle East, as well as to provide assistance for establishing contacts between businesses from the two countries.

Mr. Elsaid emphasized the unutilized potential in the trade and economic relations between Bulgaria and Quatar. He said that our country is little known to the Arab market and an exhibition like this would be of great significance. Mr. Elsaid presented the economic situation in the Middle East and pointed out Qatar’s advantages – low taxes, state stimuli, infrastructure. The General Manager of WTC – Qatar said that heavy industry, light and food industry, agriculture and tourism were sectors of mutual interest.

Tsvetan Simeonov introduced his guest to the activity of the Chamber, which is a member of the World Trade Centers Association and presented BCCI’s data bases. BCCI expressed readiness to assist WTC – Qatar in the execution of its tasks in support of businesses from the two countries.
