Expanding the trade and economic cooperation with the State of Israel
The newly-appointed Ambassador of the State of Israel to Bulgaria H.E. Mme Irit Lillian met with the President of BCCI Tsvetan Simeonov. Mr. A. Cohen, Defense Attaché at the Embassy of Israel also took part in the meeting.
Possibilities to expand the trade and economic cooperation with the active participation of the chambers of commerce and industry and organizations of employers of the two countries were discussed.
Tsvetan Simeonov presented BCCI’s work in support of businesses, as well as the system of chambers of commerce and industry in Bulgaria. The parties agreed to hold meetings on a regular basis in order to make use of any opportunity to promote contacts between Bulgarian and Israeli companies.
During her visit, H.E. Mme Irit Lillian also made her acquaintances with the management of the Bulgarian – Israel Chamber of Commerce.
