Prof. Dr. Silvi Chernev is the new President of the Court of Arbitration at the BCCI

The executive board of the BCCI awarded the former President - Blagovest Punev, with the medal "125 years of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry" for his contribution and ambition to accredit the Court of Arbitration as a leading judicial institution in Bulgaria

The Executive Board of the BCCI has elected a new Presidium and President of the Court of Arbitration at the BCCI. The Presidium includes: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tanya Buzeva, Georgi Atanasov, Emanuela Balevska and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aneta Antonova.

The new President of the AC is Prof. Dr. Silvi Chernev - a long-time arbitrator at the BCCI Court of Arbitration. Alexander Katsarski and Dr. Ivaylo Dermendjiev were designated as Vice-Presidents.

The board of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry expressed their gratitude to the former AC President - Blagovest Punev, outstanding Bulgarian civil law legal expert and head of the Court of Arbitration at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 2017 to 2023. The President of the BCCI Tsvetan Simeonov awarded him with the medal "125 years of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry" for his contribution to the authority of the court and the ambition to accredit it as a leading judicial institution in Bulgaria.
