  Our greatest achievement over the last few years is that we managed to steer the chamber through all the changes in Bulgaria. We were able to build our operations entirely in service of our members and achieve complete self-support. In the past 20-25 years, the organisation’s staff was cut almost in half while at the same time work grew four-fold, which means our efficiency had to improve several times over. Finally, we managed to digitise all of our services.
