BCCI with a representative in Shanghai – China





 

BCCI has appointed Milen Gritskov, owner of a company based in China, to act as the Chamber’s regional representative in Shanghai.
 
According to Mr. Gritskov fairs and exhibitions are a part of the areas with maximum potential for strengthening the bilateral economic and trade relations.
 
The newly-appointed representative of the Chamber informed about the great number of commercial cases between Bulgarian and Chinese companies being heard at present. Mr. Simeonov recommended that arbitration clauses should be included in the contracts between the parties on the basis of which BCCI will help to settle such disputes through the Court of Arbitration.
