Delegation from Murayama, Japan visited BCCI

The President of BCCI had a meeting with a delegation from the Japanese city of Murayama.

The occasion for their visit to Bulgaria is the renewal of the contract with the Bulgarian Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation for annual training camps in Murayama.

During the meeting, the Japanese guests presented their ideas for work and cooperation with Bulgaria. BCCI’s partnership and joint initiatives with the Embassy of Japan were discussed, such as the recently organized lecture of Prof. Ito in Sofia. The traditional interest of Japan in Bulgarian rose oil and yoghurt was noted.

In addition to sharing experience in the field of sports, and rhythmic gymnastics in particular, the representatives from Murayama are also interested in tourism and the manufacturing of Bulgarian products. In this regard, the parties agreed to organize an official visit to Sofia of representatives of the trade and industry from the Murayama region, the local chamber of commerce and the municipality, in May 2018.
