TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS
| § 1. | The corresponding members of the Chamber enrolled before the amendment of Art. 11 Paragraph 4 of these Articles shall become members by right as per Art. 14 paragraph 2 item 4 of the amended Articles. |
| § 2. | The regular members of the Chamber enrolled before the amendment of Art. 11 Paragraph 2 of these Articles, shall become direct members by right as per items 1, 2 and 3 of Art. 14, Paragraph 2 of the amended Articles. |
| § 3. | The currently operative managing bodies of the Chamber have a mandate approved at today’s General meeting, as of July 15, 1999. |
These Articles of Association were adopted by the General meeting held on April 26, 1990, and were amended by the General meetings of July 15, 1999; May 28, 2001 and June 17, 2014.
