Advantages of the zone:
Convenient location - proximity to the Pan-European transport corridor No. 9, connecting the region with the markets of Greece and Turkey - 250 km away from Istanbul and only 45 km away from Edirne.
The zone is only 7 km away from Maritsa highway which is currently under construction.

The project complies with all requirements of the Bulgarian and European legislation. There are plans to construct a new water purifying station and gas supply system. There are plans for the re-construction of the sewage system.
