| Stage of the project: | Partially constructed. The project of the Business Zone was developed in 2002. In 2008, 10 buildings were renovated and the sites were prepared for construction of new buildings. Industrial plants and administrative offices were built. The electricity supply network, the water main and sewage, and the gas supply network were repaired; some of the roads leading to the Zone were constructed or reconstructed. |

Additional services provided to clients: reception, secretarial services, post office, medical services, legal consultations, financial services, marketing, employment agency. The company managing the Zone organizes meetings, conferences and trainings for companies.
The restrictions for use of the Zone are in relation to ecology – only ecologically clean manufactures and activities, which do not pollute the soil, water and air, are allowed.
