The zone is located in Kaspichan and is divided in two plots. The first plot is 29,170 sq.m. and the second one is 82 625 sq.m. Both plots are in regulation. It is possible to expand the zone with 18 000 sq.m. neighbouring municipal plot.
There are plans to connect a gas pipeline to the zone.
