T A R I F F of rates of services provided by the BCCI

Art.1 The following price shall be paid for the initial entry in the Unified trade register of the BCCI, the amendments and the updating of the information on file, erasure of a registration and the issuance of certificates and check-ups based on the data in the register:

NOTE: 1. The registration and changes in the entered circumstances are made within 24 hours. For express services the following fees are added to the price of the service: 20% if the service is provided within 12 hours; 30% if the service is provided within 1 hour; *2. If amendments or additional entry of more than one circumstance is requested, the express price is payable only for the cost of the circumstance for which the highest price is provided.* 3. The direct members of the BCCI, who have chosen minimal, standard or extended package of services and have paid annual membership fee for the respective year are entitled to a single-time updating of the circumstances entered (1 application) annually upon paying a price with 20% reduction from the Tariff price.

NOTE: Certificates of actual status/references are issued within 24 hours. For express services the following fees are added to the price of the service: 20% if the service is provided within 12 hours; 30% if the service is provided within 3 hours; If the certificate/reference is issued in one of the foreign languages belonging to the language groups under Art. 16, para 7, item 1, the sum for translation services required in this Tariff is added to the above-cited sum. The issuance of a certificate/reference includes: a check-up with the national register for actuality of the data at the respective moment, a check-up of the other circumstances subject to registration, as provided in the Regulation for Entry in the BCCI Trade Register, translation in a foreign language; The direct members of the BCCI are entitled to 20% price reduction upon receipt of: 1 standard certificate for the company's status in Bulgarian and 1 certificate in English, when they have selected the minimal package of services and have paid the annual membership fee; 2 standard certificates for the company's status in Bulgarian and 2 certificates in English, when they have selected the standard package of services and have paid the annual membership fee; 3 standard certificates for the company's status in Bulgarian and 3 certificates in English, when they have selected the expanded package of services and have paid the annual membership fee; The direct members of the BCCI who have selected the expanded package of services and have paid the annual membership fee are entitled to 20% price reduction upon receipt of 1 reference on the company in Bulgarian and 1 in English.

In case the sum paid by BCCI does not cover the actual expenses, the person requesting the service shall pay the difference. If the sum paid by BCCI is smaller, the difference shall be returned to the person requesting the service, after deduction of the sum of BGN 60.00 (organizational expenses for BCCI).

Art. 2. Provision of financial and accounting information.

(3) 1. The holders of ATA carnets shall pay a deposit at the BCCI's cash desk to the amount of 30% of the value of the exported goods plus 100 BGN.
2. The amount of the deposit may be remitted to the BCCI's bank account.
3. The amount of the deposit may be paid or remitted in BGN or in EURO.
4. If the value of the exported goods under cover of the carnet has been declared in EURO the deposit shall be paid or remitted in the same currency.
5. For the deposit sum a bank guarantee may be presented with validity ranging to the written notice of the BCCI to the relevant bank for the return of the regularized carnet but not later than a year from its expiration date.
6. The deposit shall be refunded in the currency in which it has been made.

NOTE: 1. The prices are minimal and are specified by a contract/order for use depending on the requirements of the user. 2. Possibility to negotiate discounts when concluding contracts for rental of halls and equipment when the sums exceed 1 000.00 BGN – 5 %; 2 000.00 BGN – 10% or when there is consideration on the part of the tenants. 3. After 8 hours, each of the services under items 1, 2, 3, 4 (without items 4.1., 4.2., 4.3.), 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 11 shall be charged with additional 10% for each hour that has started.

1. The direct members of the BCCI, the Regional CCI and the members of the Council of Sectorial Organizations with BCCI, which have given a Power of Attorney to BCCI, use up to 20% discount from the prices under Art. 14, from item 1 to item 4. Possibility to negotiate discounts when concluding contracts for rental of halls and equipment when the sums exceed 1 000.00 BGN – 5 %; 2 000.00 BGN – 10% or when there is consideration on the part of the tenants.
2. After 8 hours, each of the services under items 1 and 2 shall be charged with additional 10% for each hour that has started.
* 3. Each of the Council at BCCI, established on the grounds of Art. 7 of BCCI's Articles of Association, shall be entitled to use free of charge once a month a hall or the lobby at BCCI's headquarters. When a Council at BCCI uses a hall (or the lobby) more than once a month, it shall be entitled to the rights under item 1 of this Note.

11.	For recruitment of customers for publishing of advertsing banners in the different language versions of the BCCI's website and InfoBusiness newsletter the Regional CCIs, the foreign and joint Chambers shall get 50% from the respective fee for the service provided by BCCI, reduced with the above cited discounts. For recruitment of customers for the development of web-pages, publishing of web-pages, inclusion of companies in catalogues, publishing of advertising banners on the BCCI's website and InfoBusiness newsletter companies outside BCCI shall get 20% from the respective fee for the service provided by BCCI, reduced with the above cited discounts. For recruitment of customers for the development of web-pages, publishing of web-pages, inclusion of companies in catalogues, the Regional CCIs shall get 20% from the respective fee for the service provided by BCCI, reduced with the above cited discounts.

(1) Consultation services:

(2) The direct members of the BCCI are entitled to 20 % discount from the price of the preceding services.
(3) If the consultation refers to particular aspects of the issue, the price may be decreased but not more than 50%.
(4) If the provision of the service requires the purchase of information and literature or sending a consultant in the country or abroad, the costs are at the expense of the assignor.
(5) The involved consultants shall be paid remuneration to the amount of 70 % of the price for the service charged by the BCCI.
(6) Preparation (filling-in) of foreign trade documents:

3. Interpretation
3.1. Price of interpretation – 60.00 BGN per hour of consecutive interpretation, the engagement of the interpreter shall be at least 2 hours;
3.2. The price for interpreter guide is 42.00 BGN per hour with an engagement of at least 2 hours;
3.3. Simultaneous interpretation in a booth for interpretation with 2 interpreters - 180.00 BGN per hour, the engagement shall be at least 2 hours.

(8) Typing services

(9) Certification and legalization of documents
1. Certification of documents before state institutions and departments – 9.00 BGN per document for legal persons and 6.00 BGN per document for physical persons plus the approved state taxes.;
2. Legalization of documents in the "Consular Relations" Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - 9.00 BGN per document for legal persons and 6.00 BGN per document for physical persons plus the value of the relevant stamp duties. For legalization of documents, the charge for 4-hour express service is raised by 100%.;
3. Upon certification and/or legalization of more than three documents of one and the same physical or legal person in one and the same department – discount of 50% from the prices under item 1 and item 2;
4. Certification of documents at the Consular offices of the foreign missions in the country - 36.00 BGN up to three documents, plus the approved fee of the respective embassy.

Art. 17. The foreign and Bulgarian persons using services in accordance with the present Tariff of Rates specified in foreign currency pay the prices – in BGN in accordance with the official exchange rate of the BNB for the day of payment.

Art. 18. Delivery of documents issued or certified by the BCCI to an office of the company in Sofia is paid – 12.00 BGN, VAT incl.

Art. 19. In case the economic situation in the country changes, the Executive Council of the BCCI may adopt a resolution to use 10 % discount of the prices of services specified in the Tariff.

Art. 20. For provision of services not included in the present Tariff, the prices are a matter of negotiation.

The present Tariff of Rates was adopted by a resolution of the Executive Council, pursuant to Art. 26, para 1, item 5 of BCCI's Articles of Association on 24 January 2012 by a Protocol No 73/2-2012 with effect as of 1st February 2012. Amended and supplemented by a resolution of the Executive Council pursuant to Art. 26, paragraph 1, item 5 of BCCI's Articles of Association on 2nd April 2013 by a Protocol No 108/10-2013 with effect as of 8th April 2013. Amended and supplemented by a resolution of the Executive Council pursuant to Article 26, Paragraph 1, Item 5 of BCCI's Articles of Association on 14th May 2013 by a Protocol No 110/12-2013 with effect as of 1st June 2013.
Art. 17 of the Tariff was amended and supplemented by a resolution of the Executive Council, pursuant to Art. 26, para 1, item 10 in relation to Decision of the Board of Directors of 7th March 2013 pursuant to Art. 25, para 1, item 9 of BCCI's Articles of Association on 23rd July 2013 by a Protocol No. 113/15-2013 with effect as of 1st August 2013. Art. 9, para 1 of the Tariff was amended and supplemented by resolution of the Executive Council pursuant to Art. 26, para 1, item 5 of BCCI's Articles of Association on 15th July 2015 by a Protocol No. 3/18-2014 with effect as of 1st August 2014.
Supplemented pursuant to Art. 26, para 1, item 5 of BCCI's Articles of Association, resolution 1 of item 2.1 at a meeting of the Executive Council on 9th October 2014 by a Protocol No. 10/25-2014 with effect from the day of its acceptance.
This Tariff was amended and supplemented in Art. 1, item 15, para 1, letters A and B; Art. 3, item6, letters A and B, and item 7, letters A and B, and item 8; and Art. 5, para 3, item 1 pursuant to Art. 26, para 1, item 5 of BCCI's Articles of Association with resolution 1 of item 1.2 at a meeting of the Executive Council on 11th August 2015 by a Protocol No. 35/18-2015. The amendments are effective as of 1st September 2015. Supplemented pursuant to Art. 26, para 1, item 5 of BCCI's Articles of Association with resolution 1 of item 1.2 at a meeting of the Executive Council on 26th July 2016 by a Protocol No. 62/17-2016 with effect from the day of its acceptance. Supplemented pursuant to Art. 26, para 1, item 5 of BCCI's Articles of Association with resolution 1 and 2 of item 1.2 and item 1.3 at a meeting of the Executive Council on 13th December 2016 by a Protocol No. 74/29-2016 with effect as of 1st January 2017.
Amended pursuant to Art. 26, para 1, item 5 of BCCI's Articles of Association with resolution 1 of item 1.2 at a meeting of the Executive Council on 17th January 2017 by a Protocol No. 76/1-2017 (deleting Art. 9 of the Tariff – Services of GS1 Bulgaria Council).
