As part of the trade fairs Nordic Organic Food Fair and Eco Life Scandinavia, Enterprise Europe Network welcomes you to participate in the matchmaking event, taking place on the 13-14th of November 2019 in Malmö, Sweden. 

This is a Matchmaking event that will organise face-to-face buyer-producer meetings. Register today and find your potential business partner! 

Participation is free of charge. Deadline for registration: 04.11.19

As a participant of the matchmaking, the entrance ticket for the trade fairs is free of charge. More information and badges will be sent out in shortly before the event.

Buyers

Buyers can apply for the International Hosted Key Buyer Programme administrated by the trade fair organisers. Buyers granted to the programme will then get free accommodation and contribution of their travel expenses. Buyers will also be invited for seminars and participate in the matchmaking. The trade fair organisers are still working with the application form for the buyers programme but this will soon be ready. You are welcome to spread this opportunity among your clients and they can then start by signing up for the matchmaking event. We will then provide them with the application form for the buyers programme as soon as this is available.

The contribution of travel expenses will be on a case by case basis depending on estimated travel costs ranging from €100-300.

"No shows" are not acceptable. When accepting a meeting request you intend to participate in the matchmaking event and your potential business partner will travel to the event in order to meet with you. In respect to organisers and your potential future business partners, be in time for your meetings. If unforeseen circumstances occur and you are not able to attend the matchmaking, cancel your meetings through the platform and inform us ASAP. Cancellation of meetings will not be accepted after the 5th of November.

"No shows" will be charged 100 euros.
