International Conference “Financial and Investment Support for SMEs” – Sofia International Money Expo (SIM Expo 2026) The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) and the Investment Council at BCCI are pleased to invite you to participate in the International Conference “Financial and Investment Support for SMEs” – Sofia International Money Expo (SIM Expo 2026), which will take place on 5 November 2026 at the Sofia Balkan Palace Hotel, Sofia, under the motto “Sofia – A Regional Financial Hub.” The seventh edition of SIM Expo is organized jointly with the Executive Agency for the Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME) and will bring together representatives of public institutions, international financial organizations, banks, investment funds, financial intermediaries, businesses and the expert community. The conference has established itself as a platform for dialogue, exchange of expertise, and presentation of concrete financing and investment opportunities aimed at supporting the development and competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises. SIM Expo 2026 will present current financial instruments and support mechanisms, opportunities for equity and venture capital financing, European funding programmes, guarantee instruments, and opportunities for attracting foreign direct investment. Among the invited participants and speakers are representatives of the European Investment Bank (EIB), European Investment Fund (EIF), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), International Finance Corporation (IFC), Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB), Fund of Funds, Bulgarian Development Bank, Bulgarian Stock Exchange, Bulgarian Investment Agency, as well as leading financial institutions, investment funds, employer organizations and representatives of the public sector. SIM Expo 2026 will provide an opportunity for direct interaction between businesses and institutions, presentation of financing solutions and investment opportunities, development of new partnerships, and discussion of practical approaches to financing growth, innovation and the international expansion of Bulgarian enterprises.
