Date: 15-11-2024 Organiser: Arbitration Court at BCCI Anotation: A conference on the topic: "Legal Aspects of the Digitalization of the Activity of Permanent Arbitral Institutions and of the Arbitration Proceedings" will be held on 15 November 2024 in Hall A, floor 1 of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, 9 Iskar Str., Sofia. Target audience: This Conference will gather lawyers, jurists and representatives of various public spheres and it will generate and provoke interesting discussions on how to resolve issues related to the execution of procedural actions through electronic media, to the use of artificial intelligence in arbitration proceedings, as well as to the advantages that these modern forms of litigation and information exchange provide to participants in the arbitration process.
In view of the international format of the Conference, the participation can be in person or online via the video conference meetings’ platform ZOOM, and participants will be given the opportunity to present themselves, to discuss and share their experience and expertise in different ways. The ZOOM video conference link will be sent timely to all persons who have applied for remote participation.
