e-MEDIATION:
promoting ICT tools to cross-border disputes resolution

During the course of implementation, the e-MEDIATION project has the following objectives:

• To contribute to Directive 2008/52/EC coherent and effective application
• To provide a feasible and secure IT tool for online mediation in cross-border disputes;
• To promote “mediation culture” throughout the Bulgarian society.

The project is implemented with the support of JUST Programme of the European Commission under Grant Agreement № 764210.
