Description

Among the main aims of the project are: improving the digital skills of employees, needed for remote work, as well as overcoming the negative consequences arising from the new way of work – health problems, isolation, unemployment, disruption of work-life balance.

The main activities, foreseen within the scope of the project include:

  • Digital Workstation for Remote Work – an ICT-based digital business platform with tools for remote work and virtual office;
  • Massive Open Online Course for Remote Skills - a learning resource for increasing the digital skill capacities with a focus on working remotely;
  • Interactive Guideline for Work Wellbeing – an online manual addressing the problems related to the physical and psycho-social well-being of employees working remotely.

Among the expected results of the project are: preventing the exclusion of employees from the constantly changing labour market; improving the work efficiency of remote workers; facilitating the employment of workers returning to the labour market.
