1. Assistance for the amicable (non-arbitration) settlement of disputes between Bulgarian and foreign businesses, in connection with concluded commercial contracts. The service is provided upon request by the respective company, which has to submit the relevant documents

2. Assistance for business visas to the United Kingdom, provided on the basis of an Agreement between the BCCI and the British Embassy, signed on 1 November 1994.

   Required documents:

   • Copy of the company registration with the BCCI
   • Letter-invitation from a British company specifying the period and purpose of visit, who will bear the costs, etc., accompanied by a translation into Bulgarian.
   • Commission order by the Company’s general manager, containing the same information as in the previous item.
   • Application form of the British Embassy, filled in legibly in English on behalf of the person applying for visa and sighed by him/her - 2 copies.
   • Declaration form
   • Bank reference by the serving bank(s)
   • 2 photographs
   • Validated copy of the labour contract
   • Travel passport
   • Receipt for the paid fee (according to the BCCI Tariff of Rates)
