Registration of Trade Representation Offices of Foreign Persons, Memeber Services Directorate

The Trade Register is compulsory for the trade representation offices of foreign persons, in compliance with Art. 24, para 1 of the Law on Foreign Investments. The Resolution for registration with the BCCI has a constitutive character. Database for the registered trade representation offices has been published on the BCCI’s web-site with free of charge access provided to it. An annual fee has to be paid for the purpose of its maintenance and updating and furthermore the trade representation office uses additional package of services intended for it..
