Tariff of rates of services
The tariff shall enter into force on 01.02.2012

Art. 1.	The following price shall be paid for the initial entry in the Unified trade register of the BCCI, the amendments and the updating of the information on file, erasure of a registration and the issuance of certificates and check-ups based on the data in the register

13.	For a luxurious registration certificate	The sum of BGN 12.00 is added to the registration fee.
14.	There is 20 % price reduction on submitting documents for registration or for changes in the entered circumstances by electronic means, signed by electronic signature.
	NOTE: *The registration and changes in the entered circumstances are made within 24 hours. For* *express* *services* *the following fees are added to the price of the service: 20% if the service is provided within 12 hours; 30% if the service is provided within 1 hour* ; If amendments or additional entry of more than one circumstance is requested , *the* *express* *price* is payable only for the cost of the circumstance for which the highest price is provided. The direct members of the BCCI, who have chosen minimal, standard or extended package of services and have paid annual membership fee for the respective year are entitled to a single-time updating of the circumstances entered (1 application) annually upon paying a price with 20% reduction from the Tariff price.

15.	(1) Issuance of certificate for actual status based on the circumstances entered in the Trade Register:

16.	(2) Issuance of references, containing additional declared data, not included in the information entered in the Trade Register under item 15 (1):

	NOTE: *Certificates* of actual status/*references* *are* *issued* *within* 24 *hours. For* *express* *services* *the following fees are added to the price of the service: 20% if the service is provided within 12 hours; 30% if the service is provided within 3 hours; If the certificate/reference* is issued in one of the foreign languages belonging to the language groups under Art . 17, para 7, item 1, the sum for translation services required in this Tariff is added to the above-cited sum. *The* *issuance* of a certificate/*reference* *includes: a check-up with the national register for actuality of the data at the respective moment, a check-up of the other circumstances subject to registration, as provided in the Regulation for Entry in the BCCI Trade Register, translation in a foreign language; The direct members of the BCCI are entitled to 20% price reduction upon receipt of:* *1 standard* *certificate* *for* *the* *company’ s* status in Bulgarian and 1 certificate in English, when they have selected the minimal package of services and have paid the annual membership fee; 2 standard certificates for the company’s status in Bulgarian and 2 certificates in English, when they have selected the standard package of services and have paid the annual membership fee; 3 standard certificates for the company’s status in Bulgarian and 3 certificates in English, when they have selected the expanded package of services and have paid the annual membership fee**; The direct members of the BCCI who have selected the expanded package of services and have paid the annual membership fee are entitled to 20% price reduction upon receipt of 1 reference on the company in Bulgarian and 1 in English.
17.	Issuance of an official copy (duplicate) of the registration decision for entry in the register (in Bulgarian)	12.00
18.	Written check-up from the register for one company including all the circumstances liable to entry	12.00
	- If the check-up is prepared in a foreign language	24 EUR
19.	Check-up for companies by certain criteria (name, address, contact details, business activity, representatives, etc.):
a)	containing information about one company:
	- if the check-up is in Bulgarian	6.00
	- if the check-up is in a foreign language	12 EUR
b)	containing information about 2 up to 30 companies:
	- if the check-up is in Bulgarian	6.00 + 2.40 for each additional company from 2 to 30 inclusive
	- if the check-up is in a foreign language	12 EUR + 1.20 EUR for each additional company from 2 to 30 inclusive
c)	containing information about more than 30 companies:
	- if the check-up is in Bulgarian	75.60 + 1.20 for each company in addition to 30
	- if the check-up is in a foreign language	46.80 EUR + 0.60 EUR for each company in addition to 30
	NOTE: If the reference is required in a foreign language the tariff of rate for the translation pursuant to Art. 17, para 7, item 1 is added to the above-cited sums; *The* *direct* *members* of *the* *BCCI* *are* *entitled to 20% price reduction for* *check-ups* by individual criteria, subject to registration (once a year for a total of 10 companies maximum) if they have selected the minimal package of services and have paid the annual membership fee; check-ups by individual criteria, subject to registration (up to 3 times a year for a total of 30 companies maximum**) if they have selected the standard package of services and have paid the annual membership fee; check-ups by individual criteria, subject to registration (up to 5 times a year for a total of 50 companies maximum) if they have selected the extended package of services and have paid the annual membership fee.
20.	Reference on the national registration of a foreign company, obtained through:
a)	the system of the chambers of commerce and industry:
	- for an initial inquiry;	36.00

b)	through other sources outside the BCCI system	explained in the note
	NOTE: *The direct members of the BCCI are entitled to 20% price reduction* : *once* a year, *for* no more than 1 *company, if they have selected the minimal package of services and have paid the annual membership fee; twice a year, for no more than 2 companies, if they have selected the standard package of services and have paid the annual membership fee; three times a year, for no more than 3 companies, if they have selected the extended package of services and have paid the annual membership fee. NOTE:* to item 20 “b”. *making* a deposit of BGN 180.00, *which* *includes* *BGN* *60.00* *organisational* *expenses* *made* by BCCI to obtain the information + *the* *sums* *actually* *paid* to the respective company /*organization/ institution* *through* *which* *the* *reference* *was* *received. In case the sum paid by BCCI does not cover the actual expenses, the* *person* *requesting* *the* *service* *shall* *pay* *the* *difference*. If the sum paid by BCCI is smaller, the difference shall be returned to the person requesting the service, after deduction of the sum of BGN 60.00 (organizational expenses for BCCI).
21.	Registration of harbour customs.	144.00

Art. 3.
For issuance and verification of documents (besides those from the register). The documents shall be stamped with BCCI stamps, on the first copy of the document or the service is paid at the price of:

Assistance and consultancy to Bulgarian and foreign persons for the preparation of invitation-declarations for business trips of foreigners to the Republic of Bulgaria and the other required documents, legalization of the invitations by a notary and by the services for administrative control on foreigners. Price discount – 30% for more than three invitations . 18.00

Art. 4.

Assistance to Bulgarian and foreign persons on matters connected with conducting business relations outside those of the voluntary settlement of disputes.

The holders of ATA carnets shall pay a deposit at the BCCI’s cash desk to the amount of 30% of the value of the exported goods plus 50 EURO.
The amount of the deposit may be remitted to the BCCI’s bank account.
The amount of the deposit may be paid or remitted in BGN or in EURO.
If the value of the exported goods under cover of the carnet has been declared in EURO the deposit shall be paid or remitted in the same currency.
For the deposit sum a bank guarantee may be presented with validity ranging to the written notice of the BCCI to the relevant bank for the return of the regularized carnet but not later than a year from its expiration date.
The deposit shall be refunded in the currency in which it has been made.
