The Mayor of Sofia awarded BCCI with the “Hidden good” prize
At an official ceremony held in Grand Hotel Sofia, the Mayor of Sofia Yordanka Fandakova announced the winners of the “Hidden good” awards. The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry grabbed one of the awards. The prize was received by the President of the Chamber Tsvetan Simeonov.
“The ceremony is called the “Hidden good”. Indeed, the real good deeds don’t need to be ostentatious. But still we need to show the good, as it fascinates others and nowadays we seem to need more good deeds and more motivation to do good. That is why I rejoice in the initiative of my colleagues to award the people who, throughout the whole year and not only before Christmas, join in or initiate campaigns for helping underprivileged children and elderly people”, said the Mayor Yordanka Fandakova upon opening the ceremony. She especially thanked socially responsible businesses. Beside the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry awards were presented to Laktima Ltd., Nova Trade Ltd., Spring water Bachkovo, Devin Plc., Nestle Bulgaria Plc., Pobeda Plc., Pastry shop “Pchela”, Mr. Bricolage, Pendor Plc., etc.
