The newly appointed Ambassador of Bulgaria to India held talks with the President of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry
The potential and the opportunities to improve the economic cooperation between Bulgaria and India were discussed at a meeting held at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry between the newly appointed Ambassador of Bulgaria to India, H.E. Mr. Petko Doykov, and the President of the Chamber, Mr. Tsvetan Simeonov.
The guest was introduced in details about the current contacts of the BCCI with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and the excellent results of the jointly organized business forum in Delhi in October 2012. Within this cooperation informative journeys for Indian tour operators in Bulgaria were realized to the Bulgarian golf, spa and seaside resorts.
Ambassador Doykov noted that the Bulgarian Embassy in Delhi is also in charge of the neighbouring countries, such as Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
