The Ambassador of Brazil visited BCCI

H.E. Ana Maria Sampaio Fernandes, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federative Republic of Brazil in Sofia, visited BCCI and met with the Chamber’s President Tsvetan Simeonov. Mr. Ricardo Guerra de Araujo, Minister-Counsellor at the Embassy also took part in the meeting.

The meeting was organized at the initiative of the Embassy in order to discuss the results of the business delegation that accompanied the President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rosen Plevneliev to Brazil earlier this year. The goal is not to allow losing momentum from the reached agreements between companies from the two countries. A Brazilian business delegation is expected to visit Bulgaria in 2017 with the assistance of BCCI and the Embassy of Brazil in Sofia.

H.E. Ana Maria Sampaio Fernandes informed about sectors which are of mutual interest, namely agro machinery, bio cosmetics and automotive industry.

BCCI will additionally inform its members about the exact period of the visit of the Brazilian business delegation in 2017.
