In compliance with Art. 24, para 1 of the Investment Promotion Act, the Trade Register of the BCCI is compulsory for the trade representation offices of foreign persons. The Resolution for registration of the trade representation office with the BCCI has a constitutive character. Database of the registered trade representation offices is available online at BCCI’s website with free access provided to it. An annual fee is to be paid for the purpose of its maintenance and updating. The trade representation office uses additional package of services intended for it.
