The Trade Register files, on a voluntary basis, Bulgarian businesses, established under the Law on Commerce, organizations, unions and other economic subjects, incorporated under other laws and regulations (Law on the Cooperatives, Law on the Persons and Family, Ministerial Regulations).

Required documents:

• Photocopy of the company registration in the respective district (city) court
• Photocopy of the promulgation of the court decision in the State Gazette (if required by Law)
• Photocopy of the statutory document (a decision of the executive body establishing the company, articles of association, or other instrument if envisaged by Law)
• Photocopy of the identification card of the BULSTAT Register
• Copy of the tax registration
• Copy of the customs registration
• Original signature specimen of the person(s) representing the company, according the court registration (attested by a notary or by an authorized staff member of the BCCI Trade Register
• Original power of attorney, attested by a notary, or its true copy, attested by a notary, drawn on behalf of the lawful representative (as per the court decision) for the persons authorized to sign documents, related to the Company’s foreign trade activity
• Original signature specimen of all authorized persons, attested by a notary, or put before an authorized staff member of BCCI Trade Register, or, certified with the signature of the lawful representative as per the court registration
• Filled-in registration form
• Document for paid registration fee, as per the BCCI Tariff of Rates of Services
